    Hi

So I have switched from *A to ST (Aeroplan to CSA), and am now at the stage at wanting to book a reward. What is the best online tool to see availability?

I am looking for premium flying to Europe from NA. I feel like a fish out of water here :)

    Thanks for the help!

You have to call CSA desk as only they can see what is available to CSA and OK+ members for awards seats on Alliance partners.

I was hoping that was not the answer, but I will take it. :)

You can research online using for example the tools mentioned in this thread. But to book you still have to call and OK has a very awkward rule that the routing you take must be the most direct one. That means if you wish to fly PRG-CDG they may not allow PRG-AMS-CDG even if there are no seats on the direct flights. I once managed to book LCY-LHR-AMS-GOT (that was the only available with a suitable timetable) only by getting supervisor acceptance. This is one of the most stupid rules with OK Plus.
