Crediting UA/CO Domestic to Air Points?

    My fiancee has an air points account, and we are doing some flying inside the US on UA/CO this spring, does it make sense to credit these flights there? She doesn't have status or anything, but she does have an account, and this likely would keep it from expiring.

    I'm asking here cause she will give me blank look and call me dumb, but that doesn't actually have any relationship to reality.

    Of course.. You get airpoints dollars for flying within the US..

    As I understand it, and happy to be corrected here, AIrpoints accounts don't expire, but Airpoints do: four years after earning, unless your fiancée's a Gold/Gold Elite member.
