Looking to buy a friend a bulkhead on our EWR-HNL flight in a few weeks as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the mini-cabin is all filled up.

Choices are either 16B or anything in row 31. Do these bulkheads even offer extra legroom or a cutout?

    Thanks

    Nope... No ELR or Cutouts...

Row 16 has 1 more inch over Row 31 but I would not sit in a middle seat there I'd just take a Window or an Aisle somewhere else...

Ah ok... I checked the seat sites, but I just wanted to make sure as I don't usually put much faith in their accuracy. Thanks!

If they become available the bulkhead A/B seats in the mini-cabin are quite nice IME.
