How long does it typically take for Hertz to respond to a billing inquiry via their website?
And the answer is: about two weeks. But to their credit, they understood and resolved the issue as I requested and issued the credit due without any hassle.
Is Twitter faster?
Maybe. But try to explain a billing issue involving three reservations in a 140 char message. Those twitter conversations typically end with "please send us details at email@example.com"
And of course there is no TECHNICAL reason why email should be answered any slower than Twitter.
