In November I upgraded a CW-ticket to first class one way. The points did not post correctly (got only points for the leg I actually upgraded, no points at all for the other three legs. I just spoke to Executive Club who says this is a common problem, and they tell me to fax the flight details. I am not 60 years old, so I barely know how to use a fax machine. Is it not possible to send an e-mail somewhere?
