In November I upgraded a CW-ticket to first class one way. The points did not post correctly (got only points for the leg I actually upgraded, no points at all for the other three legs. I just spoke to Executive Club who says this is a common problem, and they tell me to fax the flight details. I am not 60 years old, so I barely know how to use a fax machine. Is it not possible to send an e-mail somewhere?

    Do it online here.

You'll have to log in to your account.

Had a similar issue recently. I had some miles from AS that didn't post, and to retro claim miles from AS flights, you have to print out a form and fax it in with the boarding pass. I'm "lucky" enough to have access to a fax at work, but I can imagine that quite a few people do not have access to a fax. Obviously, you can't use the online form for most of their partner airlines, but they should at least provide an e-mail adress to send documents to?
