    Hi all,

Amazingly, with a lot of years traveling (mostly international) I didn't experience significant delays for the last few years.

I'm now stuck in SLC waiting for my flight to SFO which is 3.30-4 hours late because of crew late reasons earlier in the day.

Non hub so not a lot of options most full or get me home after 8-9 hours so I opted to just wait and work in the airport.

What compensation if any should I ask for and how?

    Delays sucks.

    Thanks

My guess is that if you're not an elite, there's not much that UA will do. For reference, here's a video from the "old United":

For a 3 hour delay in FLL my wife and I received offers of miles or $ coupons. I have forgotten the miles but I was offered a $200 credit and she was offered $150 credit. We took the credit. Odd that it was different since we were both Platinum.
