Hi Everyone, I am wondering if others have had similar experiences with companion elite upgrades. I have had 2 trips this year and my companion is not on the upgrade list automatically. Trip 1 outbound - Didn't realize companion upgrade is only available if companion has DL Skymiles acct. We had AS account in the PNR, but it was easily fixed at the gate. Trip 1 inbound - Station would not add companion to list even with DL Skymiles in the record. Trip 2 outbound - Had DL Skymiles in companion record, but companion not on list. gate agent "didn't know how to add" and sent me to the service center I guess I am wondering if I am missing a step in the booking or check-in process that is causing this to happen.
