I think I'm getting a handle on the CO SDC policies (coming from the UA side of the aisle), but still unclear about what to do if your requested replacement flight is >3.5 hours after your originally-scheduled. Situation: Booked on 6:15AM flight in T fare. Not likely that fare bucket will be available at the 24-hour mark or anytime prior to the 3.5 hour mark. Replacement flights I'm looking at are both after 9:45AM. How do I handle the original flight? It obviously will need to be cancelled, but I don't want to do so in a way which emperils my ability to take a later flight. Appreciate the help!
