I've searched around but can't find a definite answer.

CO allows one stopover and an open jaw on award ticket.

Is it possible to use the open jaw with the stopover? E.g. JFK-IST (destination) IST-FRA (stop over) (open jaw) LHR-JFK.

When I called (multiple times) I'm being told the computer won't price it. When I asked to have it priced manually I'm being told open jaw must be either at the origin or destination.

    Is that correct?

I've had it at the stopover previously but I've also recently heard that it must be in the same region as the origin or destination. IST is in both Europe and the Middle East regions so that should still work. I'd press that issue and confirm that the system is seeing IST in Europe when they try to manually price it to confirm that bit.

Or they've changed the rules, which would really suck.

So even if I could work this, if I were to be going from North America to Asia the open jaw couldn't be in Europe, correct?
