Well I had my first customer service issue w/Club Carlson, partly my fault on the way I set up my account. The agent who took my call, understood immediately my needs of a Grand Slam Hit w/my first stay and now my desire to accrue points rather than continuing to transfer to US Air. So he went about correctly distributing points/miles the way I wanted. It was so refreshing to have an agent that was aware of not only the promos that they (Club Carlson) were offering but also other companies (in this case US Air). Big Thumbs Up Club Carlson Customer Service !!!!
