    Go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/3R3SJNV to complete it and you can expect the Starpoints to be credited within 30 business days. Employees of Starwood Hotels & Resorts and its franchisees are not eligible. Note: Please add your SPG account number to the field for name and email address.

    I'm sure I won't be the only one to do this but I just finished the survey and realized that I did not include my SPG number in the survey. Is there a way to get the SPG points for completing the survey?

    On TOBB, William added a comment that said we should enter our SPG numbers in the same field where we entered our names and email addresses. However, for those who already completed the survey, there was no response (yet) as to what we should do.

    [EDIT: I see that in your case, you forgot to add your SPG number. Sorry that my comment above does not add much value to your personal situation :(]

    On another note, I find it interesting that at the end of the survey there was a question, "How did you hear of this survey?" MilePoint was NOT an option. Interesting omission ;)

    If you forgot to enter your SPG account number, you can take it again and enter it on the name and email section, but you'll only get 1,000 Starpoints no matter how many times you complete the survey.

    Thanks. Not sure if anyone is having their browser remember that they already completed the survey. I just used a different browser and it was no problem.

    Also, mad props to William to quickly adding Milepoint as an option to question # 17

    Took the survey again and this time with my SPG number included, used also a different browser for the same stated reason.

    Will we be informed via e-mail that we have taken the survey and to receive 1000 SPG bonus points?

    Take the survey again [ had to use a different browser ] and simply add your SPG number with name // e-mail. This should do.

    Not that I'm aware of. They might want your email address if they need to contact you for further details, however.

    Not sure, I tried to go back, but it says the survey was completed and there is no way back to the answers or name section! Simply switched over to IE and have done the survey again, this time giving also my SPG number with name and e-mail address.

    For those who do not use a second browser and need to re-take the survey.
    In IE goto TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS> and press the button to Delete Browser History.
    This should allow you to re-take the survey.

    William, please inform the SPG IT hacks that when awarding SPG points, an SPG number input field might be a nice idea.:D

    I just pressed button on my browser to go back for each member of my family and refilled the survey. Hope it works.

    Those were some interesting questions..... will we be able to log into SPG via Facebook or Twitter based on the outcome of the survey? Also, if it's inquiring about a work/life balance tool, I'd think more work-activity questions would be asked.

    Thanks William. I completed the survey and then had my wife do it in a different browser. Interesting to see how our answers differed. I am far more connected on social media.
