The U.S. Transportation Security Administration will expand its TSA Precheck program this September for passengers at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

The Cincinnati Business Courier reports that the program is a pre-screening process for select frequent fliers or those who are enrolled in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Global Entry program. These passengers can move through a designated security checkpoint lane at CVG without having to remove shoes, jackets, belts, laptops and liquids from carry-on baggage.

I have mostly thought the TSA bashing is far far overdone. At CVG, it is deserved.

    Hope this helps the situation.

Those fliers who do not sign up for the Precheck Program will be able to choose among a three-way, four-way, or five-way inspection by the TSA.

Is it correct that Nexus fliers also are allowed to use Pre-check?
