ChoicePrivileges customer service refuses to credit 11-night stay

    Hotel in CZ had my rewards number, but points did not show on my account. Called customer service once, they could not get the right "account number", told me to email them the receipt. I did, they promised a response in 72 hours, no response after 1 month.Emailed again, no response. Called twice, both times the representatives hung up on me when they found out I am reporting a missing stay.

    Wynd Rewards the same for me

    Have done Choice stays in US and never got points on UK account
