    :mad: Lost all my points--indicated they forwarded email that needed to stay at a hotel to maintain balance of 23,000 plus points--never received email--and hotel hijacked my points-- contacted hotel management team-and were unresponsive and rude...:(

    as the other posters are pointing out, it is up to everyone to manage their own points and know when points will expire due to inactivity.
    were you simply asking for the points to be reinstated? If so I can understand their reluctance to do so. If you have upcoming plans to stay in hotels, perhaps contact them back & offer a challenge, (I know I lost my points due to inactivity but if I stay in 5 (or whatever number you want to offer) properties over the next 60 days, will you reinstate my lost points?)
