Jeff? The article was about Richard Anderson's announcement and visit to Chisholm.

BTW, the link in the OP to the Star Tribune article contains a further link to an article in a local newspaper which is recommended. There you will find an additional related article, at the top of the list of related stuff at the bottom left, that talks about Chisholm's high quality workforce and mentions education.

Which means DL won't do it. More and more, I am convinced that DL thinks only good things come from ATL.

Perhaps if we portrayed it as a de-enhancement, they'd do so? ;)

Chisholm was by far the highest-value customer experience unit of any FFP.

But their service is so debased by the DL corporate mendacity, hamstringing, requirements for multiple re-issue and total disempowerment that their best efforts are a shadow of their former magnificent achievements.

If only an AAirline like AA @ the EXP desk simply bought out the whole operation, can you even imagine how fabulous the service levels would be? The combo of SWU's you could use, on any fare, no award fandangos, and Chisholm efficiency to make the most of the already-high value of EXP..... you should be salivating as greedily as I was last week in the EZE steakhouses....
