HAVE you ever wondered if the flight attendants turn their own phones off when they make you terminate your call or snap your laptop shut?

An air hostess on board a flight jointly operated by Shandong Airlines and Air China had been suspended after being caught using her phone on a flight from Urumqi to Yinchuan, the South China Morning Post reports.

A passenger snapped a photographer of the offending behaviour and posted it on Chinese social media.

The passenger claims the flight attendant sat in the business section with a colleague, playing with her phone for at least 30 minutes after passengers were required to turn off their electronic devices.

I never ever thought that flight attendants would do that. I have never seen that myself, but I will certainly pay closer attention in the future.
However, I was wondering...if you saw a fellow passenger using their phone or not turning it off when they should or any other electronic devices for that matter...would you tell the flight attendant?
