Is there a way to check if a one-time RCC pass was used (without going to a lounge)?
I was under the impression that using the pass involved surrendering it to an agent. Not sure how you would have one in your possession if it had been used.
Or is this one purchased online and you have the email? I suppose you could call the RCC conference room booking hotline and see if they can tell you. 866.825.3016.
One could print multiple copies of a pass purchased online. Same problem as with print-at-home tickets to various events.
i bought it online.
tried calling them, but they can't check it.
I feel your pain.
As part of UA's 2010 Elite Choice promotion, I got 6 RCC one-time passes. I saved them as PDF and printed them out ... more than once ... and now I'm not certain which of them are used and unused.
Every time I show my stack of ~6 pieces of paper to an agent and say "at least one of these works, would you mind checking them?", the first one works fine. I wish there were an easy way to check online or by phone.
Does this imply that they might be re-usable?
I doubt it
They can see which one is expired, but apparently only at the rcc.
I've run into the same problem with this from RCC passes I bought using my Amex Plat $200 reimbursement. I was giving one to my mom and had to give her a stack of 3 passes to take with her.
