    Of course WN's IT and boarding model may not support charging for bags

    I'm disappointed to read this. JetBlue has been my airline of choice for a number of years. I guess it was just a matter of time. Hopefully Southwest (the other airline I like) will not follow suit.

    They will need to add a flight attendant when they go above 150.

    It's just too much money to leave on the table though... Delta made almost $900 million from bag fees last year. United wasn't far behind on #2 with $750+ million.

    It's almost irresponsible to the shareholders to not tap into that revenue source, even though the consumer gets screwed in the end.
