    u can't use it after landing. Only when doors are opened.

    It does! So you can take pictures of the empty plane or the Y/PY/C/F seats during boarding/disembarkation

    It use to be quite annoying actually, having to step out in the jetway to finish your phone call.

    Still lacking some however. If it's OK starting April 1st, why shouldn't it be OK starting immediately?

    The goose's reaction was "that's really annoying" and I guess having considered everything I think most Japanese will not be yelling on their phone the moment they land like in Australia.
