Today I went online to change an award booking to the following day. When I started it came up on the screen something like "sorry, only tickets booked and ticketed online may be amended online and to contact your local ticketing office during office hours". As it is outside office hours here I will wait for Monday to find out what the problem is. Does anyone have any idea why I would get this message as I did book my flight online. There is also plenty of seats available on the flight I want to change to so this is not an issue.
