United Airlines is getting tough on passengers with oversized carry-on bags, even sending some of them back to the ticket counter to check their luggage for a fee. I will however, admit that those old bag size guideline boxes at the gates are way too small and unrealistic. While boarding in CLT last week, the [DL] GA made an announcement that they would enforce the size limit as well. (With those same old, small sizers) Wasn't a RJ either.
