Any recommendations for a car service / shuttle for a 16 year old (traveling alone) from ATL - Emory University. I'm not particularly familiar with the area, and was looking for one or two options. She'll be arriving on a Sunday afternoon.

Give these guys a call: http://www.atlantafare.com/

The drivers are always on time. The cars are clean and comfortable. Fares are reasonable based on executive car vs. Taxi rates.

I don't know if he goes to Emory but I believe Emory provides a shuttle to the airport for its students. Might want to look into that.

Thanks, it's a special 'summer high school economics program' taking place at Emory. Transportation for this scholarship program is 100% the responsibility of the attending party (per the documentation confirmation provided).

    End result :
ATL-Emory-ATL (car service, as recommended above)
    $108 (all-in roundtrip, including 20% gratuity)

    Wouldn't a rental be cheaper?

Not for a high school kid, who probably can't rent even if she has a full license. Also, she's going to be at Emory for a while, so the inconvenience of two rentals would be required. It's unclear how close to campus the nearest rental location is.

Yep, she's 16 years old and a licensed driver (state of NH); but I've yet to find a car rental company that rents to 16 year olds. ;) and MSPeconomist is correct : arrive at ATL, week at Emory, return ATL-BOS.
