Can't sign up -- 'system error is preventing us from continuing'

    Well, for the past three days I've tried in vain to sign up for the SPG program. Each time I get the dreaded 'We're sorry, a system error is preventing us from continuing. Please try again later.'

    I've tried different browsers, clearing cookies, etc. Always the same.

    Is the website normally so cranky? I'm no expert, but I suspect "Having no working method to join" would probably put a damper in the whole "get new members" plan. :p

    Or maybe they don't like me. Is it my clothes? Is there an odor I'm not aware of?
