How do you apply a filter for "NOT airline X"?

In other words, if I wanted to filter to *avoid* UA, it seems I have to filter to include everyone *but* UA. In other words, include all *A and then go back and delete UA from the list. Is that right, or is there a "not" operator that I'm missing?

    Thanks.

    That is correct:
You would click the [*A] button and then delete [UA] from the list.

Thanks. Doing my best to muddle through this thing, but there comes a point where I don't think it's me anymore.

For example, no filters, star alliance search, AUG 31, ORD to CAI, ... why on earth doesn't it show UA3656 connecting to MS996 in Toronto? Its the very first result that UA's site shows. You can search the legs individually, and they both show up, but they don't show up when you search ORD-CAI.

Is that to be expected and my expectations are just too high, or am I simply doing something wrong?

Yeah, ... I don't get it. Clearly something is up.

UA's site shows business class awards from ORD to CAI for each of the first 12 days of September.
    KVS shows nothing.

    Thanks. I'll have a look.
And just to be clear, I'm not knocking the tool. I'm pretty sure it's me, but ... like I said ... there comes a point where you're like ... c'mon.
