Currently planning a trip in November and am looking at flying K6 from PNH to REP, as the service is frequent. Their website directs one to book at VN's website (as K6 is a joint VN/Cambodian govt joint venture). However, I find that when I try to book, it will not let me do a domestic Cambodian ticket.

We plan to fly into PNH from KUL and out of REP to LPQ. Is this something that can wait? Are the fares online similar to what we could get at a travel agent in KUL or PNH (or directly from the airline at PNH?)

This was a few years ago, but when I was in Siem Reap my hotel had to book my flight REP back to PNH. They just charged me face value, and I remember them saying that tickets couldn't be booked online. So perhaps that's still the case. It was funny too - it was on that old carbon-copy type ticket stock and even handwritten. I think you'll be just fine waiting to get the ticket locally. Good luck (and I'm jealous!)

The current airline, Cambodia Angkor Air, is a different entity from what existed a few years ago. They are using VN planes, though painted different, and codeshare wtih VN.

OP: I've seen advertisements in the local PNH paper and it even lists the website. But when you go to the website it doesn't work. Surprise surprise.

We've only purchased our flights through a local TA. My guess is this is the only way to purchase tix.

I flew them in Oct 09, just a few months after the partnership had begun. I can remember reading all the various articles in the local papers regarding the politics involved. It was a pleasant flight - amazing scenery looking down.

VN website would not let me book a Cambodian domestic flight.

Alila resorts are very well known luxury brand ... but unfortunately this offer is available for stays through December 1, 2011. Rest assured my good man there will be more offers and specials to come. If you want a free membership with Jetsetter.com, PM me your email address and I will send you the invitation. Cheers!
