Calling BA...

    Folks,

    I've started to fly BA a little bit and I've had some interaction with their phone "customer service" here in the US.

    The main # had a huge hold time when I called a couple of months back. Now, they have outsourced their service to "a very competent" travel agent answering phones -- located in Bangalore. :rolleyes:

    Does anyone know any other #s to call IRT ticketing/upgrade issues?

    Despite the bad press that they often get I find Indian call centres on the whole are very good. As long as you prepare well and talk clearly and politely to them then you shouldn't have a problem. I never seem to have a problem anyway....my dealings with them are mostly through Diamond Club.
