I love this place! I have been taking visitors to the Bay Area there for nearly 20 years and to my knowledge they have all survived.

For those who have never seen it, ground floor is kitchen, upper two floors is sitting area. You pretty much walk through the kitchen to get to the stairs to go up.

There's a similar place called Thai Tom's in Seatte's U-District. It's been shut down multiple times for violations, usually only a few days at a time, but it's still a 30-45 minute wait to get in most evenings.

Perspective: If you eat cereal, any cereal, you are eating rat droppings. At least the rat droppings in restaurants are fresh. Food for thought.

FYI, the Sam Wo mentioned by the OP is not related to the Sam Woo(s) located here in the Toronto area nor the ones in So Cal/Vegas even though the Chinese name uses the same two characters.
