Casino Royale, now that's a no frills property. Given the casino is dingy, I can't imagine the hotel rooms being much better

Though I read on their website they are newly renovated. Maybe ok for a one-night stay.

It actually doesn't look that bad, just like any other Best Western. But they do make a point of not showing ANY pictures of the outside! I always remember it as the same location as Denny's.

I actually enjoy playing at that casino. Way more entertaining clientele in most cases. :D

I've walked by that place countless times, but I've never actually gone inside. I think compared to the other places on the Strip, it's always going to be looked at as an AA minor league team standing next to the New York Yankees. It wouldn't be my first choice of places to stay, but I'd be willing to give it a shot. I mean, they have an Outback Steakhouse there, so it can't be all bad, right? :)

one of the best players locations on the strip..... if you like to gamble with good odds, this place is the GREAT. many times here, no ive never stayed, just gamble. good dealers and nice atmosphere. I stay at the Venitian, wynn ect, but this is a staple for my gambling.... truely deserves 5 stars, drinks flow but you wont impress the significant other here, but if you like craps 20x and 100x, depending on table. good blackjack as well.

Have stayed in their renovated rooms over the years on comp nights; where I stayed for free in September for the weekend of the colpuck Do. Mid-Strip and closest hotel rooms to the Strip. On the "entertaining" side, this would also be the casino where someone sat beside me at a $5 blackjack table and began playing $3k per hand at an exceptionally poor skill level. Did not end well for that individual.

How long did he play for? What a waste of potential comps. :(
