SAAver available for both for my dates. Flying an old 757 and a new/refurbished 738 with the exit rows 14/15 on the wing for business class versus coach in a 777 and a 738? Half the miles basically.

I believe AA only flies 763 on HNL-DFW.

I go for business only if the HNL part is on a 777 or 763 with the nicer seats. To me, domestic first seats on 757, 738, MD80 are not worth the significant premium over coach.

Did you mean to say your choices are to fly:

    1) First on HNL-LAX-LGA (757/738), or
    2) Coach on HNL-DFW-LGA (767/738) at half the miles

Like austin-res said, I'd rather spend the miles on first on the 767, not on the 757.

That AA 757 (like the US one) needs to be put into a blender and turned into scrap metal. Seriously.

    Bingo, forget one was LAX.

On the plus side I was able to snag two biz sAAver through LAX into JFK on the new 321 transcon which is a big plus.

    Thanks guys
