Business travellers rate Porter way above its competition

    Porter Airlines scores 83 percent with Canadian business travellers

    Porter Airlines received top grades, with an 83 percent customer satisfaction rating in the Ipsos 2011 Canadian Business Travel Study.

    In the three years that Porter has been measured, it has posted the highest satisfaction numbers for any airline in the study’s 20-plus year history.

    In 2011, Porter’s 83 percent satisfaction, which measures extremely and very satisfied customers, is 23 points higher than the second-rated carrier.
