Not to relieve ourselves of the subject, but I've often heard (common knowledge and certainly not from my first hand knowledge, naturally!) that using a systematic type of product such as a gassy X type or even an exxy Lax type may sooner rather then later account for some unbloatingness occurring forthwith. However, there may be something to be said for the advantageous use of working it all out with a slide rule, but that's way beyond my realm of experience. This appears to be turning into a rather shoitty subject I think.
