Traveling tomorrow with a small person who has his heart set on looking out the window during the flight. Considering moving us to the bulkhead but expertflyer/seat guru says window at 7F is "misaligned."

Can anyone opine on what that means? How bad is the misalignment? Will I be crushing my son's spirits in my quest to find a seat that does not have another seat in front of it for him to kick?

It usually means you need to lean forward or backwards to look out, but with that label it shouldn't be completely unable to look out. Which airline are you using?

Considering this is the American Airlines forum, I'm willing to bet he's on AA. ;):D
