Background: Our district convention is in Colorado Springs this year. If like the last time, we'll be staying at the Sheraton.

One of my tasks is to arrange for a location for breakfast for about 30 of us. Yes, we could eat in the hotel, but the meal is expensive... and not very good.

Any suggestions for breakfast for 30 on a Saturday morning in Colorado Springs?

(Last time, Mrs. misman made breakfast for 30; not a task she wants to repeat.)

Breakfast at The BROADMOOR would be cool.

And it wouldn't earn any Starpoints. The former Sheraton Colorado Springs is now a Crowne Plaza.

La Creperie Bistro might work. (Tejon & Bijou). The name says it, and it is not Broadmoor expensive. They ahve done a decent job with a couple fo 30+ groups I have had there, but they were for lunch.

A very late follow up, and thank you. We ended up booking at King's Chef Diner. It was just a couple of blocks from the hotel, so it made a nice walk... even though it was windy... and snowing :)

I'd definitely suggest it if you are in the area... but note that it is CASH ONLY!
