    Another $ in Boeing's pocket. :)

    Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd., poised to receive its first Boeing Co. Dreamliner, is considering whether to add the stretched 787-10 version of the world’s first composite jet.

    “It would make a lot of sense for us to have some -10s,” Chairman Richard Branson, 63, said in an interview yesterday in Dallas. “We are definitely exploring that.”

    It will be interesting to see how Virgin Atlantic's fleet changes over the next decade as they move away from an exclusive "4 engines 4 long-haul".

    The VS A340 I flew LHR-LAX last month was very tired...looking forward to flying their better a/c at some point.

    Just FYI, the 4 engines slogan was an Airbus slogan that VS agreed to carry, not something VS created.
