I am 1K with UA am going to book SEA TLV on either UA or CO web site, airfare is the same. Will be taking fllights all on CO metal. Is there any advantage booking with UA web site over CO's website? Will be using my UA FF #.

Generally speaking, with UA and CO there is no benefit to booking a codeshare. If you'll be flying CO metal, I'd recommend booking via the CO web site. One possible exception would be if you're booking a trip far in advance and are hoping to leverage schedule changes to your advantage.

The only thing I was thinking about was the SWU's and perhaps being able to use them on CO, this is not until March and by then perhaps we will be able to use them on either one. Don't think I would want to change flights down the road the ones I am looking at are pretty good for me.
