Booking rooms for 10 families + meeting room

    All,

    I have been assigned a task to try and find a great location for ~10 families for a weekend event + meeting room for us to hang out in and study (long story...)

    What is the most optimal way (perhaps using the fact i'm a diamond, miles/points, cost for everyone, and perhaps even getting the meeting room for free/low rate as i'm brining 10 families at the same time).

    Would love any advice before i call the Hotel directly.

    Most hotels have a meeting space calculator that you can use that will let you figure out if they have big enough meeting rooms and to submit a quote request.

    Usually there's a meeting coordinator that handles these type of things as well, and they'll reach out once you submit the request.
