    Just spent 20-30 minutes trying to Book the Cook for my upcoming multi-segment & destination itinerary on SQ and it kept failing online. Called customer service and spent over 30 minutes trying to do the same thing directly with the representative and they were having errors trying to do this as well. In the end, I just told them to take note of what we want and hopefully we'll get it.

    I do have to say, it's nice to have the option to select your meal that may be custom designed by some good chefs but with this much time wasted from 1-2 AM, this is a completely failure on SQ's part.

    Definitely not what I would consider standard operations from the "World's Top Airline" as I heard probably 15-20 times while I was on hold with the representative.

    As good as SQ 1st is in the air, their phone support is the opposite - really a disgrace IMHO
