bonus points with a wrongly credited stay/manual credit

    OK... so I just completed a stay at the Sheraton Colonia and am registered for the various ongoing promotions for double/triple starpoints, plus the bonuses for booking on the Iphone app and also the FourSquare account check-in thing, etc. etc.

    After completing my stay, it turns out the hotel dropped the ball and failed to correctly post my stay credit and also my starpoints for room rate... they also managed to incorrectly post my F&B charges....

    I went on online Chat and the agent removed the incorrect credit... but now I need to wait for the hotel to manually post the correct amount of starpoints, etc. My question is.... what will happen to all the bonus points that Im supposed to get now that this stay will be "manually" credited....??

    They will be applied in subsequent sweeps, according to the timing mentioned in the terms of the offer (or before), once the stay posting is made as being eligible.

    Thanks William.... I will wait for the Sheraton Colonia to work on posting the stay and then take it from there.
