Went to print out some boarding passes on my tablet at exactly the 24 hour level on a Monday for travel on a Tuesday, not only did the tablet show the BP for Tuesdays flights but also for the Wednesday flights as well. This was the first time I had used my tablet for checking in, is this the norm?

If the system sees it all as connecting flights then that can happen. Usually that's a quick turn at an international destination to make it qualify.

No fee, but the e-ticket permanently disappears from your tablet in 24 hours! ;)

Twelve hours at FLL is a quick turn? Not even enough time to get a moonburn. Did you sleep at the airport?

No got an inexpensive price at the local Rodeway Inn, which was an adventure in itself, and a hotel/motel that I shall not be returning to. Prices were very high on all websites for a decent place to stay. Paid about $50.00 for it, am going back in May and bid on Priceline and got the Hyatt for the same price.
