boarding group 4 for presidential plus card holders

    can any non-elite (non-premier) holder of CO presidential plus card confirm if she/he was assigned group 4?

    that is what is published by united but on my last flt about 15 days back i was not given grp 4 and the GAs didn't want to deal with it.

    i called chase today and they told me there was a glitch in the system but it has been fixed?

    That is the c:)rrect group. There have been a l:eek:t of glitches of late. Be patient.

    About 15 days ago, there were a lot of boarding passes printed with incorrect groups, but that was fixed over time. It should be correct from now forward.

    It was fixed sometime last week I think. My boarding passes were giving the correct group 4 last week so hopefully there are no issues. I found reprinting at the airport fixed the issues I had so if it happens again you might try that

    I didn't even have group number last week and that's on passes printed at the airport.

    I agree, there have been a lot of glitches that have in due course been resolved. Personally, I'm just sitting on my butt and keeping quiet about them as I don't want to overload phone lines, inconvenience more electrons or add to the confusion.

    I will however, send one single general complaint to 1K Voice about my lost upgrades, disappearing seat assignments, electronic bp snafu's and creation of duplicate accounts for my family members due to middle name discrepancies between OP/MP databases once this difficult period is over. I really just want to see what the new 1K "sorry you feel you did not receive the service we delivered" customer service email template looks like.

    Hope everything else smooths out for you.

    FWIW, my boarding passes just printed correctly as 4 for tomorrow's flight. (Silver, no credit card)

    On the name discrepancies, I sure wish they'd take the "Mrs." off my account, that's something some OnePass agent did. :mad:

    I was on a trip recently from Phoenix to Houston and used my Chase CO Presidential Plus card and was assigned to Group 4. The travel date was 3-16-2012. Hopefully it's totally fixed by now.

    that is a good to know..i would have never thought the airport will print any different than your online check-in

    was it difficult to get the MP service center? i have seen a lots post (in flyer) about long wait-times and little help

    I can confirm that Club cardholders get Boarding Group 3 now.
