    If the dog was uncontrolled, the FA was right. Even if the FA was right, it's very clear she was right in the wrongest way possible and the pilot just decided to help make things worse.

    For the record, this was a commuter flight operating under the US Airways name.

    I can't imagine a service dog being unruly -- if anything, antsy perhaps. I wasn't there so I can't know for sure, but considering the outrage of the other passengers they should have just let the dog stay. It's not like the guy could see what his dog was doing, and an hour delay is enough to annoy pax and even those of the canine persuasion (sit and stay for one hour and be a model animal? maybe he needed to find a tree).
