    Greetings;

    I am trying to get to Manchester, Great Britain in June(dates flexible). What is the best award redemption available today?

    Here are the details:

    1.Prefer Business Class
    2. 2 people traveling
    3. First chioce for an airport is Charleston, SC, though Charlotte, NC is doable too.

    Looking forward to seeing what The Council of Geniuses suggests.

    Len,

    What program(s) do you have points/miles with? It's tough to provide advice without knowing this.

    I have points with Continental, Membership Rewards, British Airways. Plus I have a churn coming up that will add to my Star Alliance stash.

    Your choices will largely come down to how many connections you want to make...also, consider what type of a/c you want to fly across the Pond. I think many of the direct flights into MAN tend to be 757's.

    A few possibilities:

    *A options:
    - US flies PHL-MAN; UACO flies IAD/EWR-MAN
    - You could also fly whichever *A carrier to LHR and BD to MAN
    - If you're willing to make a connection in Europe, you could connect on one of the various *A carriers...LH probably has several options.

    OW options:
    - Flying through LHR (BA/AA fly from many points in the US) via LHR could be an option.
    - AA flies JFK-MAN

    Good luck!
