I currently purhase DL tickets through shopathome.com (in the US) for their $3.00 per ticket cash back offer. Is this the best rebate available?

That's the best offer I've seen. Upromise.com (which I use out of convenience) is at $2 per ticket.

Ebates is worth keeping an eye on. It wasn't too long ago, I think it was 1% or 1.5%. Maybe it will go back.

Fatwallet gives you $3 on airline tickets through expedia.

If I'm not using any eCerts/credits, I will sometimes use Priceline's traditional booking option to get 2% back from eBates.

Yeah, I used Ebates one time at the $3.00 cash back rate (maybe a 1.5 years ago) and then they dropped it to $1.50. I hope shopathome.com keeps it at $3.00 for the foreseeable future.

Looks like Ebates and Expedia are up to it again.

As of yesterday Expedia no longer offers 1% cashback on airline purchases. It is down to $2.00 flat rate for every air ticket booked through Expedia.

Happier news is that Orbitz is still at 1% and I just found out that Travelocity is at 1.3%. Orbitz (the website, not the service), IMHO, sucks horribly. Travelocity is looking better for now.

Here's a useful aggregator of online cash back sites (just search for "Delta"). $3 per ticket seems to be the highest offered for booking through Delta directly.
