    4. How much do you travel in an average year? twice
    5. Do you fly for business, pleasure, or a mix? pleasure
    6. How much of your travel is paid by someone else? none
    7. How much control do you have of choosing flights, airlines, etc.? total control

SLC to BNA nonstop seems to be on DL once a day. I looked and its about $300 per ticket ($600 RT), or you can have one stop for $350 RT.

Using DL its 12,500 each way so 25,000 per ticket. $600/25k DL miles is not a bad deal if you prefer direct. Get the Amex DL or Everdyay Preferred since those can be transferred to DL.

If you don't care about direct/stops then maybe some Chase cards to use with Southwest?

Google is a good place, start...if you want to put some skin in the game..

..Frontier might be a good airlines to look at,

They even have a Credit Card, for $69.00, 40,000 miles...worth looking at,,, do not count on 4 free seats on the same plane...

Yup, or the WN double dip to 100k points and companion pass. But only if you can get the $6k (I think) in spend without breaking the bank.
Or more, depending on which of the 5 levels DL chooses to price at that day.
