A very memorable burger, at Bradley Ogden Caesars Las Vegas this past December. That trip, also included a quick stop at In-N-Out Burger (the Vegas stretch limo trippie to In-N-Out); but this still topped that burger. House ground burger with blue cheese on a brioche bun at Bradley Ogden. From a review, I found a bit after dining there... I pretty much agree with the review : "Its appearance is deceptively simple. Soft house made roll with just enough cushion, fresh ground rib-eye that is generously basted with red wine butter and all of it cooked over wood fired grill. It comes with hand cut French fries and a trio of ketchup, mayo and a heavenly Dijon mustard. You can also get the burger with either blue cheese or cheddar if you so incline"
