I'm thinking of getting the no fee Barclay Arrival card. I need to spend $1000 in 90 days to get the 20K miles. So I can do that in my first purchase on a couple of plane flights. So I assume I'll get the 20K miles after the first cycle closes. It seems like I can redeem for travel statement credit for travel in the last 120 days. After I pay the balance off in the first cycle, can I then apply for the statement credit for the plane tickets for the next cycle even if that would give me a negative balance (credit) on my statement?

One more question. First cycle I complete the $1K spend with airline tix requirement and get the 20K miles. The 2nd cycle I apply the $20K miles and get $200 statement credit. Also in the second cycle I spend $200 on dining so $0 balance in 2nd cycle. Do I still get 400 miles for the dining spend?
