    Sure... but look what most of them are... marginal/tiny carriers (apparently often freight) in small African countries..

    Random example.. Aerojet from Angola has 2 EMB-120's.. and even that publication doesn't know its ICAO airline designation (may not even have one??)

    Or Blue Wings from Suriname (BWI) Fleet is 3 x C206, 2 x C208, 2 x Twin Otter and a Cessna Caravan II...

    Sounds like the fleet at a Skydiving centre to me!!

    P.S. Blue Wings apparently used to oeprate 5 Antonov 28's.. and lost THREE of them in crashes!!
