    Called 4 different airlines to review FF program requirements and found BA to be the most unfriendly and non-helpful of all.

    BA executive club just wants to push you off to teh web site and not find available dates of departure for award travel. I wanted FF point quotes using partner airlines(Qantas, Cathay pacific).

    AA CSRs were very helpful and polite
    DL was reasonable even though very little availability in low level awards.
    UA was very helpful.

    BA is a crapshoot of nasty Brit accent speaking ladies hoping to dump you off to the BA web site!
