Yeah my account got hit or is at least locked down right now. Not sure if I want to wait and see or call / email and bug them yet. Hmmmmm.

There are reports of Iberia accounts have been effected as well. My BA account was locked but my Iberia account let me log in but was forcing a PIN change or assignment that seems new to me. I also thought it seemed weird that the update range started today but maybe that's just my experience.

I'm just lucky that I saw Lucky's post first and then found out about the issue. If I logged in and saw that zero balance I'd be freaked out.

I just checked my account today because I was going to search for a flight to Hawaii and found 0 miles in my account. I also E-Mailed them since I couldn't get through to them over the phone for whatever reason.

Sorry, this type of thing would be scary to find.

Maybe AA got confused and is trying to merge your Avios into your AA account instead of your US Dividend miles :)

I'd have no complaints with that

Seems like BA is having more trouble with the merger than AA is so far :)

Mine are finally back this morning but had to do a password reset on all our accounts. If you hit the "account not found" screen just click on Exec Club tab and manage account. Enter your acct number and forgot password. It will email you quickly so you can reset with new password (which seems like a good idea in light of recent days). All our Avios are back as well. YMMV of course.
