Award tickets seen on CO.com but not aeroplan.com

  1. I found a pair of reward tix on continental.com at low level operated by CO/UA. but I was not able to find them on aeroplan.com. I heard AC doesn't blackout any star alliance rewards? Will it make a difference by calling AC?

Since it was a CO/UA operated flight that you saw it is possible that it would not be available. Airlines are allowed to hold back inventory for their own FF on their own metal. If you were to see it on the ANA tool then it should be available (unless it were NH inventory for its FF).

I have the same problem for the past 5 days ..

Does anyone have problem to use 75K AC miles to get Business award ticksts to Asia?

In the AC system, seats are shown there; however, can't issue CO seats for US to NRT -- even ExpertFlyer says theer are CO business seats. Talked to 5 agents for 5 days -- some problem & AC does not know WHY.
